Vumatel Below average service

A new fibre line was to be installed at my place. Appointment was scheduled for 10th of July 23 at 1030. The team came to install the line and while busy doing the job I received a call from vumatel to reschedule the installation and someone called from Vumatel called me that I'm at your door to have a look to install the fibre ( the team was busy doing installation at the time I received two calls, one from vumatel customer service and other from the technician). Technician mobile +*** Customer service +*** Something is fishy.... The vumatel must investigate the matter And the public should should remain at alert should it be a ***** or an attempt to rob.....
