Vumatel: Become worse than Telkom

My line has been down since Saturday. Someone physically cut the cable from the outside box to my house. I reported this to Vumatel stating exactly what happened. All it needed was for a tech to come and join the cable. But each time I ask for an update, I am told a tech has been sent to the exchange to investigate. What is there to investigate when I have provided you with exactly where the fault is. As Vumatel grows, they are becoming the new Telkom and I am sure they will be worse. Stop wasting your time and money and my time. Just send a tech to come rejoin my line. My ***.
