What a shocking vumatel (ISP)home connect.. I'm so very disappointed in how bad ther customer services is.. * we are in need of help buy non of vumatel works could help is.. * they just lodged ticket to us but not 1 worker is coming to see what the problem is.. it's been 3 days that we are sitting without wifi.. and when it comes to payment they quick to phone .. * they so bladdy unprofessional..and when we phone them all the phones are on voicemail which is not on.. *
