Vumatel

I reported a fault with Vox/Vumatel on Tuesday evening my reference number is VOX***0 I received a call at 16:08 from your technician that he ir outside my house when I went to open there was no one there. I tried calling him from the number he called me from but got cut off. He phones me again asking me for my location and to send it to him on ***. When I tied to send it via WhatsApp it ask me to invite him. I tried calling since 16:20 but everytime I get the same message "the subscriber is not available at present, please try later". It is now 17:41 and I am still unable to contact him and have no idea where he is. After following up with Vox I received a call from Vumatel Johannesburg informing me that the call was logged with the incorrect address and was assigned to a technician in Johannesburg and not Port Elizabeth where I live. She was rude and eventually cut me off. After speaking to the Vox agent he explained that it was impossible and said he would contact the team manager to assign a technician but it may not be tonight as Vumatel only works until 19:30 and may only have a technician tomorrow which would be Thursday. In the meantime we who work from home had to be unproductive and financially affected because of this mix up.
