Vumatel = Bad service, Very disappointing!

Vumatel didn’t refund me when they couldn’t get the wifi connected on their side after I had paid. I communicated with them but after failing to solve the problem on their side they did not refund me. We rely on this wifi for kids who are doing online schooling and my cousin who is our breadwinner sometimes works from home and she needs connection but so many people are inconvenienced because they can’t communicate as a team and fix the problem. Also the person who helped my granny register for the wifi got the address wrong I’ve been begging them to fix the address they can’t, Yet it’s their worker that got the address wrong in the first place.
