Vumatel bad service
I did a pre-order with Vox Telecom, Vuma was meant to install my fiber on Saturday 30/01/2021 at 8:30,it is today 01/02/2021 and still no feedback as to what's going on. I contacted Vox who advised that Vuma will call. I canceled my Adsl and now left with no internet. Very bad service from Vuma.
