Vumatel bad service and *********** staff

Vumatel. Worst provider ever. Been sitting without wifi for 24 hours now. *********** staff emailing me that a technician has been dispatched, there's no time or date that states when they'll be here. It's 8 hours later from when i got the email. Bad service. Don't get products from them. It's always a struggle.
