Vumatel bad service

Poor service, been 5 days with no internet connection. First it was my payment taking 24 to 48 hours to reflect ,then told there is a fault in my area while there's not,then another 24 to 48 hours for their technicians to help,been promised to be called and till now no call,worse of all is I paid for services and yet I'm getting unending excuses, just want my money back and possibly take my business elsewhere I won't recommend vuma to any one even if it was offered as a free service
