Vumatel bad service

Our internet has been down for 6 days, everytime we call the call center , we get shoddy service and no help with mixed generic answers, then get told we are not truthful and accused without proper investigation done, no urgency to help, i work from home and now losing money, i am beyond disgusted with their service or lack there of.
