Vumatel bad service

Hi I've app**** for a vuma Wi-Fi and come and install it on Sunday the 16th the guy told me signal at the main box it's not active so the technician come on Monday to fix after fixing told me they will call and didn't I call the lady that sign me up she was the one giving me username and password I call and called I didn't get help even called the technician he said he will excalate I even call said there fixing it and gave me Ref number is ***6 and when calling back said the will fix within the 48 hrs so I don't want the router anymore I want my money
