Vumatel bad service

My connectivity has been down since last night..i logged a ticket with my isp and they sent me an sms that they couldn't resolve issue in the field they will come to my property someone will contact me shortly...up to now its 5 hours noone has communicated. I am losing money every hour i am offline.I am so ****ed.
