Vumatel.. Bad service

When they came to install the fibre they barried the cables so shallow and a dog dug it out and chewed on it.. Now they want me to pay a ridiculous fee to have it replaced. R1750 for a mistake made on their part. And since it happened I have enquired many times about this nothing is resolved and they are still deducting the monthly fee but the internet is down
