Vumatel bad service

I am a very very disappointed with the Vumatel service I have paid an amount of 389 for installation of fibre to my home on the 25th of December 2021 ,I was there for promised a call for an installation technician, I have never received that call I have now made arrangements to call them spoke to a coloured lady who promised me that someone will call me to arrange the installation that was now 7 days ago I'm still here I'm still waiting, no call nothing they don't care they just want the money they don't care. I'm very disappointed I'm hurt I will never recommend this service to anyone else please help me get my installation today the 18th of January 2022 I don't know what's going on they don't call me to to explain what's going on no SMS no email nothing. A woman by the name of Gugulethu Ndalonde is now ignoring my emails. But why are you doing this 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. My money is gone 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.
