Vumatel bad installation

Vumatel was at my place on friday and the guys were here never explained anything but just said vodacom will call. Now when i call vodacom they are saying there is a problem with the vumatel fibre box.. I mean i didnt work the whole week and misses meeting with up and down of installation issues.
