Vumatel bad customer service

I have been without internet for 6 days long. These guys have a policy thing or whatever it is saying ETA is 48 hours. No updates from them at all. I have been in contact and every time i hear they are investigating. I've stated to them i work from home and I'm on the edge of losing my job. I mean really?? 6 days and no updates. Quick enough to take your monthly payments but not quick enough to solve your internet problems. Bad service.
