Vumatel bad customer service

When two entities that have a common goal with bad service, you speaking about Vumatel and webafrica, i have been waiting since the 16/06/2024 till today for them to solve my online problem, still today it's 17/07/2024 still offline, you can't get through to them it's like they have a steel wall to prevent anyone to be service by them, I'm at 41 albertros street, eersteriver, still waiting on my problem to sorted, contact ***
