Vumatel bad customer service

I have never had such horrible service in my life, signed up with Vumatel last month been waiting for the past 3 weeks for an installation. There is absolutely no accountability or communication from them. Had to tag them on Twitter to get a response from them. Even that didn’t work because I still don’t have my installation.
