Vumatel - Bad Bad Bad. Stay away

It’s been off inconsistent internet. When I report it to Coolideas they push the blame to Vumatel and vice versa.

I am paying for a service that is horrible and we can bearly make use of.

A few months ago I had a Vumatel Technician come out and he said my box was old and outdated and that model was replaced to all customer. He told me it’s out of stock and gave me a cell number that doesn’t work.

When I tried to contact to follow up, I’m being told if it’s not broken they can’t do anything. If it’s working properly why is my internet so bad and inconsistent.

The initial installation was untidy and unprofessional.
