Extremely Disappointing Experience

Absolutely appalling service from this company! They installed Wi-Fi at my home, which hasn't worked since. The installers claimed they'd report the issue and send someone to fix it, but I've been ignored. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via Facebook, phone, and email, I've been bounced around with no resolution. The Wi-Fi remains offline with a red light, and I'm still without service. Unacceptable customer experience. Avoid this company at all costs!
