VUMATEL!!!

I am writing this review in the HOPE that someone from this company will actually contact me! Vumatel took over our complex's infrastructure 01/11/2020. (my unit is Fibre ready as i was with a previous ISP). No one has contacted me to install my box. In fact web africa is all ready to go and it seems the only thing holding eveything back is VUMATEL. We are without internet for a week and a half and if we were still working from home me and my husband would have lost our jobs by now! He has HOWEVER already lost a huge amount of income as he does do OTHER ONLINE WORK!! Please VUMATEL contact me and get this sorted out URGENTLY!!
