Vumatel as bad as Eskom

Truly pathetic. Vumatel is as bad almost as Eskom. Since late last year my Vumatel fibre link has gone down several times, even when there is load shedding my link goes down. The service overall in the WeltevredenPark area has been problematic and seems there is no redundancy. I have several times requested that a "COMPETENT SENIOR MANAGER" contact me to explain exactly what the problems are and what the plans are to resolve this. As a paying customer I am entitled to this info.

Till today all I am getting are promises from the social media team that someone would phone me, however I am still waiting for that person to contact me.

The only person that did phone me had very little knowledge and could not tell me anything.

PLEASE GET YOUR CEO OR MD TO CONTACT ME AND EXPLAIN WHY VUMATEL HAS THIS PATHETIC ATTITUDE TOWARDS ITS CUSTOMERS
