Vumatel are worse than Government institutions...

I contacted Vumatel on or about 03 May 2018, requesting a 20/20 Pro fibre package, using Vox Telecom as an ISP. The start date for the contract to go "Live" is 01 July 2018. However, I have received no further contact from Vumatel, and multiple e-mails and calls have gone unanswered. I expect this service from Government institutions, not from a private supplier.
