Vumatel are USELESS!!

Vumatel are USELESS!!! We have been waiting 5 WEEKS for our fibre installation! They keep calling for us to rate their services yet nobody has even arrived to install the fibre!!! What a joke!! That includes Vodacom who were all to happy to initiate the contract. There is no helpline. The complaints email address doesn’t work. Even if you google senior management or directors to complain their numbers are hidden. My husband and I work from home and having no fibre has had devastating affects on our business!!! This is desperate attempt to get some sort of help from Vumatel!!
