VUMATEL are ****mers

I had the worst experience with Vuma, I paid on the 27th of April and they set up multiple appointments for installation that were never fulfilled, probably more than 15. This went on until the end of May. When I complained via email they set up another installation appointment that was never fulfilled, I demanded a refund but they said they cannot refund me and closed my case. Please beware of this company they are horrible and ****mers. I will be reporting this to ICASA and also will file a customer complaint with the regulatory board. STAY AWAY FROM VUMA!!
