Vumatel are loaters dont ever

I have never had a business loath from me like this one has :-( 14days of no internet and continuously throwing me from one person to the other. me calling I am being told they dont have me on their data base than what am I paying for all this time ? why are they debiting me ?

I've asked for cancellation and not even that is happening, than why am i being debited.

someone help with this or do I need to now involve my lawyers?
