Vumatel are ****** and *******.
We have been loyal Vumatel customers since 2022 without any issues. However, the recent service has been extremely disappointing. I have been waiting for a refund for four months, despite consistently paying for services every month. Every time I contact a consultant, I am put on hold.
This experience has been frustrating, and I am now considering canceling our service. I have been advising others against using Vumatel due to this poor service. I want my refund, but I keep being redirected to Payfast, who claim they have no information about the refund.

Please contact your ISP for any assistance with billing and refund inquiries. As an FNO (Fibre Network Owner), our primary role is to provide and maintain the fibre infrastructure. We cannot assist with account-related queries.

Please contact your ISP for any assistance with billing and refund inquiries. As an FNO (Fibre Network Owner), our primary role is to provide and maintain the fibre infrastructure. We cannot assist with account-related queries.

If that is true than why refer me to pay fast and not my isp. The money was sent to Vumatel reach not the isp so I cant query about something they have no connection with.
I demand a call explaining that and train your consultant. Furthermore that means you’re knowledge base being used at the call center needs to reviewed.
And this response genetic as well because I’m sure no investigation was done regarding my case.
Customer service is non existent and why would we stay with vumatel.
