Vumatel appoints ***********, rude, and lazy subcontractors

Vumatel provide a service for which they are paid. All good so far. But if the service is ******* because of the sub-contractors they appoint, then they must take responsibility. I asked for a reinstall of my on-site fibre, and they appointed Nano Fibre (another no-star) company. A month later no reinstall, and I've asked for my money back. How Vumatel thinks this is just between me and Nano Fibre, I don't know. It's a Vumatel service.
