Vumatel and/or Mweb sucks!!!

First time ever on hellopeter and the reason Vumatel!! I app**** for a new fibre installation at the beginning of January. The first thing they tell me is I have to pay R1000 up front before they can accept my application. Which I did. My application was then logged on 15 January. For a week I hear nothing and the status on web page remain at 1 day till complete. After 3rd call to them, 2 weeks after application I get the answer that there is an existing line that needs to be transferred. During my very first conversation with them I already confirmed that this line has been cancelled by the previous owner. I was requested to send proof of address which I did. It has now been a week later, full month after me first applying and its all still pending. The thing here is that I have an installation, I have a rooter... all they need to do is press the on button!!! I am very very dissapointed, been without wifi for weeks now.!!! And that after I paid then R1000 up front!!!
