Vumatel and Webafrica WiFi down in Dube Soweto

Dear Vumatel and Webafrica it's been almost a week without any internet connection in Dube Soweto our WiFi has been down ever since, we've reported the matter and logged all sorts of calls and incidents but nothing hasn't been done. It's very unfortunate for some of us who work from home and are very dependent on your connection and services. The most annoying thing also is when it's time for you guys to cut off our services you'll do it in a flash without even considering all the nonsense we've been through as your customers.
