Vumatel and Webafrica ****ty service

We've been with Vumatel and Webafrica as our service provider for over a year now. Friday we paid for the WiFi before 12:00pm, it's Sunday today we still have no WiFi. We've tried communicating with them but customer service is very ****ty those agents are not helpful at all. The last one we spoke to yesterday afternoon said we should wait he's talking with people from Vumatel and they never got back to us. I had to buy mobile data after I had paid for the WiFi.
