VUMATEL AND WEBAFRICA THE WORST COMBINATION EVER

I app**** to vumatel and my ISP is Webafrica. I paid 1st installment on the 2nd of July and they installed on the 23rd. Now the struggle is to activate when I ask Webafrica they tell me about vumatel I tried to make contact with vuma they will make you wait for 30mnts with no assistance. Now Webafrica debited me the 2nd time with no service rendered. What's difficult about terminating the Old ONT and Activating a new one. I really don't understand how are you being voted the number 1 service provider when your reviews are so bad. Ombudsman really need to intervene regarding your services.
