Vumatel and WebAfrica poor service delivery

I’ve been trying to get activated since moving house. Vumatel said the previous tenants package was not cancelled and I must send proof of address, which I did. Since then nothing is happening, WebAfrica is useless and Vumatel is not contactable. We work from home and can’t afford to lose days without internet!
