Vumatel and Webafrica pathetic service

I just got billed R1010 for a service which has been officially cancelled as at the end of October 2021. I have returned the router within time and received confirmation via email from webafrica that they have received it and all is in order.

I receive no responses from webafrica and their only means of communication is via whatsapp where the majority of the consultants are ***********

Vumatel why are you still partnering with Webafrica.
