Vumatel and Webafrica nightmare!

I am having trouble getting my refund for a line application which did not take place. Initially I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the service rendered and I was contacted by Vumatel and advised that in quest to get a refund I need to cancel with the service provider, Webafrica in this case. I requested for the cancelation on the 7th May 2024, low and behold I am yet to receive anything let alone correspondence. I followed up yet once again today for the umpteenth time with Webafrica regarding my refund and I was told the reason for the gold up is Vumatel. Apparently they need to cancel on their end in order for me to get my refund. I have not been able to get through to Vumatel as you will hold forever on their support line with calls dropping before you speak to an agent. I need assistance and for this matter to be resolved. I just need my refund so I can carry on and receive my wifi services elsewhere. Little did I know that dealing with these companies will bring me such inconvenience.
