Vumatel and Webafrica

A terrible experience with this company. I am awaiting a reinstallation now for 3 months. I have paid for a reinstallation and have sent proof of payment twice already! I am without wifi and vumatell has my money I'm not one to complain but when I feel as though I'm in a tennis match between Vuma and the ISP which is web africa. They are both not accepting responsibility to fix what the issue is! Or atleast to resolve it. Both companies get a 1 from me!
