Vumatel and Webafrica Disgusting service

I have been struggling from 17 February 2025 just to get a router from Vumatel. The previous owner of the property took the router with him and now I'm struggling to get one. When I phone vumatel they refer me to my ISP which is Webafrica and Webafrica refer me back to them. There is no direct line to the installation department which also take their sweet time to phone for installation which I'm still waiting for. They quick to take your payment but take their own sweet freaken time to do the installation. When I contacted webafrica today I found out my order with them was canceled which I never canceled so who is making decisions for me. Disgusted by their lack of service.
