Vumatel and Webafrica are ********

Worst experience ever, just installed vumatel fibre via Webafrica on the 24th December and I'm being billed for something that's not working. Trying to get hold of someone is a nightmare as you get redirected to their WhatsApp line but no one ever responds. I really regret this, I should've done my research and went with another service provider.
