Vumatel and Webafrica

I've been without internet whole day, I can't get through to Webafrica since 10h30 this morning. I've been waiting since 10h30 on my whatsup for six hours. Does vumatel have a outage in Blue Downs or is there a problem on my line. My LOS light is flickering red. To make Webafrica one of your ISP providers was a big mistake. By affialiating with Webafrica it's diminishing your brand because of bad after service.
