Vumatel and web africa are useless

been strugling with internet signal for a few months and being tying to get it fixed by vumatel and webafrica and still strugling when they send techs out its after 4 days or when they come out they wil tell you its a range problem with an attitude and when they send out their regional techs out they dont pitch and then they come up with this excuse We have tried to contact you regarding your Fiber line to no avail. Trying to knock when i didnt hear or see anyone at my gate They know whats the problem and now they come up with excuses not to fix my wifi signal So please people dont ever think of taking this companies on as your wifi providers they are useless They raised their premies and cut your devises to 2 on the 20 mb 10 mb line they are taking everyone for fools
