Vumatel and Voxtelecom together have the outmost worst service in the wifi line

Vumatel and Voxtelecom together have the outmost worst service in the wifi line.In May my wifi was off with no service for 2 weeks.We phone them.explain to them.ask them to phone a person back.they dont care.they dont phone back.this week same story.then we get phoned and told a technision will come to the premises at 16:30.as i mentioned.they dont care.just dont show.No still no wifi connection.problem with router.they are not bothered to even try and fix the problem.I would never recommend VOXTELECOM OR VUMATEL to anyone.They are plain useless and a disgrace.
