Vumatel and voxtel

Vumatel is absolutely *******, they don't care about their customers. I have been without internet for the past 4 days. The most annoying part is that their coverage doesn't cover my whole property,i live in croydon and I'm not the only one complaining about this. At this point I'm without internet and they are asking me to pay. Their subscription was supposed have insurance to cover all these unforseen circumstances. Their customer service is ****, they just don't care. Vuma and voxtel horrible. They keep on closing tickets that I log. I just don't know what to do with these guys anymore.
