Vumatel and vox ****ty service.
It takes a special kind of ignorence from a leading company in fibre to take their client's cry for help so lightly. 4 different consultants and nothing done yet. Vox had their tech guy on site twice to try everything he could to help. But with the slack service from vumatel it even left the vox tech guy in frustration. Twice the tech service was cancelled by vumatel. It had to be escalated to a site meeting between the two companies tech guys to fix the probpem. However again i am up in arms as they can only help when they have someone available.
Since Tuesday the line has been down. And nothing yet has been done in terms of field service to fix the problem.
I understand the conditions we are working in but i feel vumatel should take these matters more seriously as people could loose their jobs for not being able to do their jobs from home. To pay for a service that you can not use, and knowing that the service provider will not be fair by some compensation of a faulty network connection. It's unacceptable.
5 days without being able to work, 5 days without salary. How will vumatel and vox compensate my losses?
