Vumatel and VOX totally useless

What a useless bunch of fools....they don't help...they do absolutely nothing...they sent someone to our unit a few days ago...we said nothing was wrong within an hour of sending them away we were suddenly switched off or lost internet...30 hours later and counting they are unable to help or give ticket numbers...Vox who is our provider just send you to Vumatel to do there job they are paid for.....then they say we cancelled it when we never did...tow months in a row......absolute idiots..time to start a consumer group against the control they have with no other service provider
