Vumatel and Vox telecoms horrible service

Zero star for service. 2 weeks after going live in our area no consultant is able to tell me why my home is listed as flight line or remove this. the sales persons are useless at following up. i STRONGLY discourage anyone from dealing with VOX Telecoms or VUMA TEL. I spent 2 hours on the phone today being bounced between VOX and VUMA TEL regarding my line and the consultants from each company just refer me to each other like idiots and refuse to direct my call to a supervisor "because they are working from home"!!! no less than 3 calls made to EACH COMPANY today alone and I still have no way forward.
