Vumatel and Vox are trash

One would've thought Vox and Vumatel would have improved by now. But no!

We've had no wifi network since 2 days ago. The call was logged and all they keep saying is they are looking into the matter.

Someone (a so-called technician) came by yesterday and pretended to have fixed it during loadshedding and left. When the power came back on, there was still no wifi connection, which we immediately reported.

This is nonsense. We went through this last year and it took days before they resolved it, only after demanding to speak to management.

This can't go on like this.

Do better Vox Telecom and Vumatel!

You never fail to debit accounts but when the wifi connection "which is what you sell" is lost, you fail to come to the party.

Why are you even in this business?!!

I work from home and this affects my ability to earn a living!!!! I expect to receive the service I pay for without going on social media and complaining.

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
