Vumatel and Vox are incompent

Just thought I would share what happened to me today. So I have a Vumatel line through VOX. Today they cancelled my line because Vumatel requested a line release at my address. After Vox reached out to me asking whether I indeed requested cancelation to which I responded NO I did not make the request my line was still terminated.

I phone Vox and am told now I have to submit proof of residence and multiple photos of the setup. Mind you I actually am in credit with VOX for a month's subscription too which makes it silly to expect of me to cancel. Regardless, I am stuck at home unable to work because of the utter incompetence of Vumatel and Vox. Of course with the market being the way it is, cancelling would not make a difference. Just thought they were being very cheeky and negligent.
