VUMATEL AND VODACOM U ARE PATHETIC!!!!

I bought a house and moved in on Dec 01,2021. I have a package with Bitco, they have been trying to cancel the previous line on my address since the 1st with no sucess. The previous tenants had a line with vuma and vodacom and they asked for the line to be removed on 06/11/2021, more than a MONTH later and no service delivered. Vumatel has removed all contact details so one cannot call them. The service is pathetic and I need my internet asap. Everyone will be on leae from the 15th and I work up until the 22nd and then I am *****ed. I am paying R1500 a month and now have to borrow an LTE router. I want service delivery!!!!
