VUMATEL AND Vodacom sucks dont care about clients

Worst Service Every they SUCK!!!

See they dont even response to reviews here. 16 DAYS without internet. I took out a contract with Vodacom just to find out they use Vumatel and they cannot even get Vumatel to do their job. Worst dission Vodacom made.

Vumatel has a non service derlivery mentality when it comes to service their client. Please do not use vodacom Fiber they will just pawn you off to Vumatel who does not care. Consultants drops the phone in clients ear and there is always an excuse, they blame it on Vodacom and Vodacom blames it on Vumatel, both providers just care to take your money, but makes sure you always sit without internet. Vodacom wake up Vumatel is going to bring you down with them.
