Vumatel and Vodacom - No Wifi for more than a week

If I could give Vumatel a rating of zero I would. I have open tickets from both vodacom and vumatel that have been pending a technician callout for over 6 days. I've been without wifi for 8 days and counting because they cannot give me an answer. So much for their 3 day turnaround time, which is already ridiculous!
