Vumatel and their useless technicians who take forever to fix a problem

It is now day 3 with no internet access. I understand there was a taxi strike at Mdantsane yesterday but it ended before 11h00 am and roads were opened. What makes me so mad is the fact that they have zero communication, you have your customers numbers when it comes to the increase of the wifi you communicate but when there's no internet access you keep quiet. Please go and fix that problem by no later than TODAY!!!
